Tell us how to process your order

Due to the postponement of this years Albany International Folk n’ Shanty Festival we are offering customers who have pre-ordered merchandise a range of ways to get their order:

  1. We will hold your order until October and it will be available for collection form the Albany Visitor Centre between the 1st and 3rd of October.
  2. If you live locally we will make your order available for collection before October, the dates and location will be confirmed once we have received everyone’s response.
  3. If you live outside of Albany we can post your order to you. We will use the address that you supplied at the time of ordering.
  4. If you have decided that you no longer want your order then we can process a refund. Refund are processed to the card that was used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take upto 10 days to show in your account.

We ask that all responses are received by the 21st of July.
