Accommodation Sponsors - Albany International Folk'n Shanty Festival

As a free festival, none of the acts that attend will be paid. The Festival aims to help performers by providing subsidies towards travel and accommodation.

The Festival is seeking in-kind sponsorship from accommodation providers who would be willing to offer some free or heavily-discounted rooms that can be booked by performers for the period of the Albany International Folk and Shanty Festival, 9 to 11 of July 2021.

Cost of Sponsorship

Free or discounted accommodation to a minimum value of $500.

- Room rates will be available to performers from the 9th to the 11th of July 2021. - The accommodation will be responsible for the management of any an all COVID-19 requirements in relation to patrons on their premises. -The value of free accommodation or discounts offered has a minimum value of $500. - The accommodation agrees that payment is the responsibility of the guest and not the Albany International Folk and Shanty Festival. - The accommodation will indemnify and hold harmless the Albany International Folk and Shanty Festival, its organisers and volunteers for any loss or damage resulting from events relating to the festival.*
I am authorised by the Accommodation to enter into this agreement with the Albany International Folk and Shanty Festival. The accommodation agrees to the following conditions:
